Today I worked with the crew of Coloriage, a local hair coloring co. The owner and founder, Christopher Hoggat, will be launching his new Coloriage website soon (coloriagecolorstudio.com), along with his most recently published book on the science of hair coloring. Christopher wanted some fun, colorful and up-to-date profile pics of his crew. Personally, I think we rocked it. Everyone was such a blast to work with!

This is my new friend Chris that I met on Magazine Street today. Chris is a carpenter from New Jersey that headed south for the winter. I wish him the best here in Nola!

…a shot left over from my shoot with Jamie Elliot (styling by Rachel Adams) that I found on a roll of film that I finished on another job.

Last week I had the opportunity to work with some seriously talented people here in the Big Easy! Jamie Elliot (model), Rachel Elizabeth Adams (wardrobe stylist), and I spent the afternoon shooting up some great spots around the Garden District that I had been dying to get into. These girls are seriously too much fun. I can’t wait to get back out there on our next project together! Hope you enjoy the photos.

I’ve been doing a lot of post work lately that’s kept me in and behind the computer. But check back soon. I have several shoots on the books and new work on the way for you to see! For now here’s a pic I took recently of Kaci…just had to post something!

Today I was on assignment for New Orleans Magazine photographing Ryan Williams. Ryan works with youth here in New Orleans as a flag football coach. I had a great time hanging out at his regular Wednesday practice. These kids can play like nobody’s business. Ryan has a very interesting story that you’ll need to check out in the October issue of NO Magazine! This was one of my favorite shots from the day…one of the scrimmage teams in huddle working out their next play…that is before I interrupted them with my intrusive camera!

Some test shots from my old Kodak Brownie Hawkeye. Can’t believe it still works. Also, the haze is from the extremely dirty lens. I have since taken it apart and cleaned the lens. Can’t wait to try another roll!

I was just going through some scans from this past year and came across this photo of Roberta. Hope you enjoy it!
